The European Passengers Federation’s Annual Conference took place in Stockholm on 7 – 8th June. The event gathered more than a hundred European public transport operators, passenger organizations, politicians and officials at EU level.
During two conference days, the participants took part in the seminars concerning successes and shortcomings in Europe’s early liberalized rail markets and were inspired by presentations about powerful consumer groups and how to improve conditions for vulnerable passenger groups and young people in public transport.
Our partner, Délphine Grandsart (EPF), presented the HiReach project’s latest findings with regards to the needs, barriers and expectations of the vulnerable to transport poverty social groups.
